Because registration is free, there is no registration fee to refund.
If FWH cancels or materially postpones the webinar, FWH may provide an alternative date or other reasonable arrangement.
2. Paid Products
Paid products, memberships, journeys, workshops or digital resources will be governed by the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase and any applicable product-specific policy.
3. 7-Day Refund Policy – From the date of Purchase
For FWH, the business may adopt the following framework: We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date by filling the refund request form. Once you submit the form, FWH will review the same and if eligible, then process your refund.

- ✕ Course content fully accessed or downloaded

If a payment is debited more than once or a failed transaction results in a debit, contact FWH with the transaction details. FWH will investigate and coordinate with the payment provider where appropriate.

If FWH introduces recurring subscriptions/memberships, the purchase page will clearly disclose:
- recurring price;
- billing frequency;
- renewal terms;
- cancellation method;
- cancellation timing;
- refund treatment.
