1. About Financial Wisdom Hub

Financial Wisdom Hub is a financial education and financial-wellness initiative founded by Apurv Jain.

FWH aims to make financial wisdom simple, practical and actionable and help individuals and families build stronger financial systems.

2. Eligibility

You must be minimum 18 years of age to enter into an agreement under applicable law. Where a minor accesses educational material, appropriate parent/guardian involvement should apply where legally required.

3. Educational Disclaimer

Financial Wisdom Hub provides general financial education and information.

FWH content, webinars, videos, frameworks, examples, checklists, community discussions and other materials are not personalised financial advice and should not be treated as:

• investment advice;
• securities recommendations;
• portfolio management;
• investment management;
• personalised financial planning;
• tax advice;
• legal advice;
• accounting advice;
• insurance advice.

Where a user needs advice specific to their circumstances, they should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

4. No Guarantee of Financial Results

FWH does not guarantee any particular:

• investment return;
• profit;
• wealth level;
• income increase;
• debt reduction;
• financial freedom;
• financial outcome.

Examples, case studies or experiences shared by FWH or community members are illustrative and are not guarantees of future results.

5. Financial Strength Masterclass

FWH currently offers the Financial Strength Masterclass as a free webinar.

Registration may lead to a Zoom webinar or other third-party platform.

FWH may reasonably change the timing, format, speaker, content or platform and will communicate material changes where appropriate.

6. Paid Products and Memberships

FWH may offer paid memberships, journeys, workshops, digital resources or other services.

The applicable purchase page will specify the relevant price, inclusions, access period and applicable refund/cancellation terms.

A product-specific policy may supplement these Terms.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. You authorise the applicable provider to process your selected payment method.

Prices, taxes and applicable charges should be displayed before purchase as required by law.

8. Accounts and Member Access

Where an account is required, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

Unless expressly permitted, member access is personal and must not be sold, shared or transferred.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, FWH owns or has appropriate rights to its website content, text, educational frameworks, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, brand elements and other materials.

You may use purchased/member content for permitted personal educational purposes during the applicable access period.

Without written permission, you must not:

• reproduce substantial portions;
• resell;
• republish;
• distribute;
• upload publicly;
• commercially exploit;
• create a competing product from FWH proprietary materials.

10. User and Community Conduct

Users must not:

• use FWH services unlawfully;
• impersonate another person;
• harass or threaten others;
• submit fraudulent or misleading information;
• distribute spam or malicious links;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• interfere with website/security systems;
• scrape or systematically copy content;
• misuse webinar/community access.

FWH may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, safety or security concerns.

11. Community Content

Opinions and statements made by community members belong to the individuals making them.

FWH does not necessarily endorse or verify every user statement.

Community discussions must not be treated as personalised financial advice.

FWH aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general educational material are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnity

FWH may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, misuse of content/services or non-payment, subject to applicable law and the relevant refund terms.

17. Force Majeure

FWH will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, infrastructure/internet failures, cyber incidents or third-party outages.

18. Changes to Terms

FWH may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Subject to jurisdiction under Delhi courts.
